INSOMNIA!!! Insomnia almost every night without fail. Is it really insomnia or my body clock is later than the past?
Currently trying very hard to adjust my body clock to at least 2 hours earlier. Rather than sleeping at 2am and waking at 11am, I wanna sleep before 12am and wake up around 9am!!!!
It's kinda disturbing to wake up in the noon because you'll realize you've wasted the morning sleeping and you're left with not much time to get things done. Been wanting to wake up early to study but my SLEEP ruin it all.
Determination and perseverance is needed!!! And I really need to pull my socks up in studies!!! Although I'm on the verge of giving up, but NO, it's not gonna happen.
